They offered a lot of OPI color selections. I was surprised of the offer of complementary alcohol and non alcoholic drinks. The front desk person was professional and offered a complete explanation and tour pf their space. I found the "kiddie" chairs to be quite charming if you have a little one. I like the fact that their chairs have liners. Many salons do not offer this and I feel that it is a must for cleanliness. I've done mani, pedi and massage. They were good and well done. What shocked me was that they made me wait 30minutes between services, I had to shorten my massage to a 30min instead of 1h AND after 2:15h total staying time there (arrived at 9:45 and left at 12pm) I was not offered anything to drink...wow! Just wow! Then they don't accept tips on cards, I went out to the ATM for some money and left a 20% tip....they didn't even said thank you!!!! Unappreciative much? Geeeeez... Oct 2012 • Family My friend and her children live in FL, and we happened to be in the area while my friend's daughter's birthday party was going on. My daughter (8) was invited. She was excited to get all her nails done and stuff. The seats that the girls sit in are really nice, and my daughter was amazed at the tubs for the feet. At the beginning, they got to pick out their nail polish colors, and there really is a very wide variety. I was charged 5 dollars extra for each small stone put onto my nail. I paid almost $90 for a fill and pedicure. I am from New Jersey and the quality of nails there are MUCH better and they are much more creative there then at iSpas. I would gladly pay $90 for nails that I was in love with but I just got a simple gel fill with french. The people working there did not really seem to care that I was even there. When I walked in and they saw my nails from NJ everyone came over to look at them. I had big 3D bows on each of my ring fingers that I had on for over 3 weeks and they never fell off. iSpas only had small diamonds to put on and they fell off already and I just had them done last night! This place is way overpriced. You are definitely paying for the area. Downtown is very nice and so is iSpas so they must have high rent to pay since they charge so much for terrible quality. The butterfly chairs were not useable that day, so we used the big brown ones. They had people come work on their nails ( they got mani pedis). But I had to tell them not to use all the cuticle clippers and things, because I researched, and found out that they do not always clean everything perfectly ( which is why my daughter will never be getting her ears pierced at Claire's). The girls got to play with IPads and stuff, and my daughter had a lot of fun doing it.
They had wonderful party service, and they did make a very wonderful party for a very wonderful birthday girl and guests. If you love technology, getting all fancied up like a princess, and getting to put your feet in foot baths, the. You'll love this place!
